happiest new year

i spent one of the last afternoons in 2012 chasing the sun, frolicking and capturing these fleeting sun flared moments.

the sun lighting my hair on fire. the swish of a red dress, a delightful empty field. a few polaroids.

wishing and hoping and dreaming about everything i'd like the new year to bring,

of what i want to go out and make of 2013 (and life), of how excited i am to share it with you.

filling it with these magical, transient, elusive moments.

of light, and dreams, and love, and health, and happiness, and magic and wonder, and whimsy and gold dust ♥
